Nova Skin & Body Strategy
A little background…
Based in the area of Uptown Albuquerque, New Mexico lives a small and cozy spa named Nova Skin & Body. Founded by Tea Turner, she strives to make clients feel safe, welcome and fabulous.
Objectives
Tea and her team wanted to improve their brand’s awareness by increasing follower counts on their social media platforms. They also wanted to gain some new clients and slightly improve sales.
The tone of voice the brand uses for their content is typically uplifting, inspiring and sometimes invigorating. They want to be able to include the welcoming feeling they provide in person into the newly created content.
Framework
I worked with Tea to create a framework for their new social media content. We wanted to really amplify the safe space point of the spa, as well as showcase the quality treatments that can be received while not paying an exorbitant price. The framework includes two main pillars for content, with smaller, more niche storylines to use for diversity. The goal is to improve reach and conversions, as well as create more loyalty for the business.

Posting Schedule
Finally, I finished their strategy with a sample calendar to kickstart their posting process, making it easier to decide kind of content to create and post and how frequently.
